   By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

2. Services

   Details By Tucker provides mobile and on-site auto detailing services as described on our website. Services are subject to availability and vehicle condition.

3. Booking & Appointments

   Appointments are confirmed upon booking via Calendly. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances with reasonable notice.

4. Cancellation Policy

   Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Payment

   Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, Zelle, and other methods as listed at time of booking.

6. Pre-Existing Damage

   Details By Tucker is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions present before service. Customers should disclose known issues prior to service.

7. Liability Limitation

   Our liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Vehicle Access

   Customer grants permission to access and clean the vehicle. Customer is responsible for removing valuables before service.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

   We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of service and we will make it right.

10. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
